What It Is: Our Walk + Talk consultation is exactly what it sounds like - we take a walk through the interior and exterior of the property and give verbal recommendations on how to best showcase the home before it goes on the market. Possible recommendations may include landscaping updates, furniture rearrangement, paint color suggestions, hardware/ fixture replacement, or flooring modifications. Small updates often yield a big return on investment.
Recommended For: Ideal for homeowners who need advice on how to prepare a property for sale on their own. Great for those on a tight budget!
Photographic REPORT
What It Is: Our Photographic Report is our most popular consultation service. We take photos of the property and its current furnishings to demonstrate how each room would look if presented in its current state. Working from these camera angles, we mark up each photo and tell you exactly how to rearrange, remove or straighten up existing furniture and decor. Minimizing clutter is key so listing photos and showings are enticing to buyers.
Recommended For: Best for real estate agents to give to their sellers. It is an achievable checklist of home updates to consider before putting a property on the market.
